Welcome to brooklyn-bicycle-co-eu. The brooklyn-bicycle-co-eu website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Ikandomore.com. brooklyn-bicycle-co-eu is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of brooklyn-bicycle-co-eu constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Brooklyn Bicycle Co. sells products and services not limited to but including bicycles & bicycle accessories.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
It is always possible to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day that the buyer recieve the ordered item/items.
The buyer is responsible for any possible deterioration of the bikes value, if it is caused by use that are not necessesary in determing the type of the bike, its properties and the way it works. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
We will make such a refund to the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

When you buy at our store
To shop with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
All payment information you enter in the check out process is immediately encrypted (with SSL) and can only be seen by our payment provider, Pensopay A/S. Neither we nor other parties can read this personal data in any way.
Newsletter
When signing up for the newsletter, our e-mail service, Mailchimp, registers your e-mail address and first name. The e-mail address is not passed on to others and is used exclusively to send newsletters from Gaiasport with information, news and offers.
Storing of information
The only information kept by us is customer information necessary for the sale and fulfillment of orders (ie name, address, telephone number and email address). This information is stored on a secure server with a secure password.
Invoices and other physical papers with personal data are handled and stored only to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods.
To whom do we provide your information?
We pass on information about our customers to 3rd parties when it is determined by law or as part of a service we provide to you. Including that we arrange for your products to be sent to you. We will never sell your name, address, email address or other personal information to a third party.

How long do we keep information about you?
The personal information that is registered with us in connection with a completed sale (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) is stored for a minimum of five years in accordance with accounting legislation.
What rights do you have?
