Refund policy
At brooklynbicycleco.dk you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, please note that sports nutrition, energy products and food in sealed packaging cannot be returned if the seal has been broken for reasons of health and hygiene. Likewise, unpacked and assembled bicycles cannot be returned and refunded. If you choose to pick up your fully assembled bicycle in Højbjerg, you also waive your right to return.
You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. You can therefore try the goods as in a store, but further use means that you will only receive a partial or no refund when returning them.
In the event of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded, including delivery costs. Any loss in value will be deducted. We will refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, and we will use the same payment method as for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We will withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have documented that it has been returned.
