WHEN YOU USE THE WEBSITE

Facebook Pixel: This cookie collects data about your behavior on our website and compares this data with your profile on Facebook and Instagram (which is owned by Facebook). Facebook Pixel helps us optimize our marketing on social media. We only have access to fully anonymized statistics via Facebook Pixel.
Google Analytics: This cookie collects data about your behavior on our website and includes it in fully anonymized statistics on user behavior. Google Analytics also stores IP addresses so that we can, for example, see which parts of the country our customers shop from. WHEN YOU SHOP WITH US
To shop on the website, we need the following information: Name / Address / Telephone number / Email address. We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. All payment information you enter during the checkout process is immediately encrypted (with SSL) and can only be seen by our payment provider, Pensopay A/S. Neither we nor other parties can read this personal data in any way.
WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER
When you sign up for the newsletter, our email service, DRIP, registers your email address and first name. The email address is not passed on to others and is used exclusively to send newsletters from Billigecykler with information, news and offers.
HOW DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?
The only information we store is the customer information that is necessary for the sale and fulfillment of your order (i.e. name, address, telephone number and email address). This information is stored on a secure server in Denmark with secure passwords. Physical papers with personal data are handled and stored only to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods, after which they are destroyed as soon as possible.
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?
We only share information about our customers with third parties when required by law or as part of a service we provide to you. This includes arranging for your products to be shipped to you. We will never sell your name, address, email address or other personal information to a third party. Anonymized personal data and IP addresses are recorded by the cookies we use, described above under “What information do we collect and what do we use it for” > “When you use the website”.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
The personal data registered with us in connection with a completed sale (name, address, telephone number and email address) including invoices, are stored for a minimum of five years in accordance with accounting legislation.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
